The dealership is very large and it has a large waiting area with a snack bar. There are televisions and comfortable seating. All people we dealt with were very friendly. They did all the customary work. My only concern was that the wait was twice as long as we were told it would be. My Sienna minivan was due for 150k service. I was set up with Marlon, the Service Drive Supervisor. He did an awesome job from setting up the appointment, the Uber drive to and from work, and explaining every question I had for the big service. I was able to pick up my vehicle before I had to pick up my kids from school which worked out well. Marlon is an all around nice guy! I will continue to have my vehicle serviced at Maita Toyota!

since I didn't have an appointment, I waited several minutes but expected that. of course the problem I had was not happening then but they would check it out and also do the maintenance which would be due soon. talked to Lee and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. said he would call when car was ready which he did about 2 hours later. no problem was found but was told if it happened again to drive straight there. total cost was very low and I was completely satisfied.
