From the moment we got there we felt comfortable and appreciated. We were showed several options so we were informed of everything we had available to us. Luis Munoz was extremely helpful, personable, and truly allowed for us to have the best experience possible. While talking with him I had expressed that this was a big deal for me since I had not purchased a new car for almost 10 years. I had mentioned that I had wanted a Tacoma for many years and was so excited that it was finally about to happen (if the numbers were doable). I was nervous that I would sit down, run the numbers, and have to say thank you for your time but this is a little more than we were hoping for. Luis came back, and without even asking, went above and beyond what we were expecting. He truly made our truck buying experience the best it could possibly be. Ron Wilson helped us with our finances. He was amazing as well. He is very knowledgeable, experienced and has great customer service. He explained everything and really made us feel comfortable with our purchase. Once we were done with Ron, Luis showed us some things about the truck and gave us his card. The next day we had a question and called Luis. When our 2000 Honda Odyssey "died" last week we toured and interviewed with four different car brand dealerships in our area. Maita Toyota was the only dealership that worked with us and our budget to lease, not buy, a new car. The buying experience here is great. They don't try to rip you off like other dealers by saying your credit no good when it is. I made a deal online and it was no hassle. No Sleazy Stuff

No sleazy stuff at this dealership. It was all very honest and straight forward. They traded with another dealer to get the car we wanted...but when we saw it, we didn't like it that much and ended up getting another car on the lot. Mel Haddadi was very nice about it. The whole process took maybe an hour and a half at most. Drove off the lot with a beautiful new Prius Prime (and it's been a great car!).

We were driving through the area from Redding towards LA when my exhaust started rattling loudly. We were a bit worried because it was late and we were a couple hours away from our next hotel so leaving the vehicle overnight would be difficult. The staff was very kind and helpful and was able to get us on the road again the same night.

This is my second Maita Toyota purchase,so I was confident from my first experience in 1999 that Maita was going to get my attention. My salesperson,Sophia, did an excellent job of understanding what I was looking for and explaining all the features for the car I decided to buy. Not a hint of any pressure to buy more than I wanted. Sophia pays attention to all the details that I might not think of,such as making sure to notify my insurance company before I drove off the lot,so I was covered. .You could tell by her actions that she has been doing this for years.From start to finish,Sophia was there for me through the entire process.If you decide to visit Maita Toyota...ask for Sophia Sayad. That's saying a lot too, I came in with a chip on my shoulder as I have had NOTHING but negative experience's with car dealerships and their service shops. This dealership completely renewed my hope that it doesn't have to be so bad. Mike my sales rep and the sales manager both went above and beyong to ensure my happiness and were awesome to work with and Ron my finance guy was just as great really helped me out to give me just what I wanted and to help get my payment to fit within my budget. Overall this dealership and their staff get excellent ratings from me, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy new or used. Thanks guys for restoring my hope!!
