“ Ask this question before buying a car at this car dealership: Are there 2 keys (transmitters, remotes) available for the car [you buy]? They gave me only one key transmitter after I have done all of paperwork. They asked me come back on the next Thursday to make the second key transmitter. After came back and waited for about one hour, they said sorry and asked me come back the next day. Then on that next day, I received a call from Service Department to schedule me to other day.!?? As others' reviews, the guy who does paperwork is rather rude and forcing you to buy additional coverage. However, salesman, Liam, is very patient and friendly. Galeno and Brian in service department are also helpful and very cordial and efficient. It seems the business owner doesn't care much about customers' reviews. ”

I like that he kept updated through text messages but the wait time he estimated was on spot (30-45 mins for oil change). Even if they were going to be late, he made sure to communicate with me and let me know what's going on. Richard had no problem finding and contacting the dealer that had the right color. He even drove down to Stockton to get it. I was in the truck that day. When it came to finance, I dealt with Cameron Perry. Cameron was extremely friendly and helpful. He got me through the paperwork quickly and efficiently. The staff that I dealt with went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. I'm very happy with my experience and will send anyone that way to purchase a Toyota. ”

“ I experienced some shoddy workmanship in terms of an oil change. I brought my concern to the attention of the Lead Assistant Service Manager MARLON NONOG. He patiently listened to me, agreed that my issue was significant, had the vehicle brought back to the service area for corrective diagnosis and action, and had me out of there with a minimum of further delay, as I had already been at the dealership for two hours on an appointment basis for a simple oil change and maintenance inspection. MARLON NONOG salvaged a potentially difficult customer service problem with his professional, no-nonsense approach. He even offered me a free oil change for my wasted time and trouble. MARLON NONOG knows how to deal with the public, and is a real credit to Maita Toyota. He is in a difficult position, but handles himself expertly. I give three stars to the actual dealership, but five stars to MARLON NONOG -- overall grade of four stars. He is a real pro and should be paid to share his wise approach by training other members of the staff. Management at the dealership is welcome to contact me if they wish to discuss further details. ”
