It started out a bit frustrating as there was a longer wait to be checked in than I was expecting or used to, given that I had an appointment. However, everything else was great. Angelo was professional, personable and informative. He gave me good advice re how to best use the spare doughnut in the car. I had such a great experience here. I had been in the market to purchase a 2020 4Runner and had visited another dealership (I'll review then later). I was irritated and exhausted and let Joe know that from the go. I'm a busy person and I highly value my time. We made an appt for Saturday morning at 9 am and I was home with my beautiful new 4Runner in just a couple of hours. I visited Maita last year and Collette was amazing. Unfortunately, we weren't able to make the financing work, due to some negative equity on my current car. TL;DR We bought a car today. It wasn't from this location. Tale: Spoke to Cordero when I called in to schedule a test drive. He said to ask for Jay. Then we show up, and Jay seems busy. Sunny meets us. No cars have been pulled out for the test drive even though we called and scheduled the visit with car details provided. Never mind. We wait. Sunny was good. Informative. Not aloof. Problem: he said the owner would not budge from the price at all. Had you gone down from MSRP even a little bit, you would've made a sale today. Instead we bought a car from Roseville toyota, who dropped the price right away by over a $1000 before i even asked. Then some more after I asked. With lo jack and dent protection added. Sunny, I wish your boss had let you negotiate better. My car was picked up at my home for this service ... which I greatly appreciated. The communication from my service rep was excellent. My car was returned earlier than expected and I have peace of mind knowing that it was checked out and all maintenance is up to date.

I'm giving four stars for the service department because I feel like customers with appointments should be prioritized before walk-ins. It was a very busy day and I understand that staffing during this time is difficult but waiting over two hours for an oil change is not okay, especially with an appointment. I waited nearly 30 minutes just to be checked in, while people without appointments were being checked in before I was. My appointment was at 10:40am and I didn't get out until after 1:30pm. Unfortunately, it's not the first time it's happened, but the service reps are always courteous and helpful. I've been servicing my cars with you guys for years, and I have no complaints other than the long wait! :(
