My only complaint was that someone on my driver seat adjustment, and it took me a while to readjust everything. But I understand that considering someone who is driving my car May have been shorter.

I purchased my vehicle at Roseville Toyota, but have been coming to this location because I am more satisfied with their customer service! I came in here for one of the early morning appointments, fully expecting to leave my car here for a few hours. The service advisor told me that it’ll be about a 2 hour wait, to which I opted to wait at the dealer. Less than an hour later she comes to tell me that my vehicle is ready to be picked up. I was astonished by how quick they were able to service my vehicle in the morning which opened up the rest of my day to errands that needed to be taken care of. Thank you for the prompt quality service!

Had a great experience at Maita Toyota when I purchased my last car. Made the trip up to the dealership and it was well worth it. I appreciated their online pricing, as it showed a very good estimate how much the car would be including taxes and fees. Their pricing was very, very competitive, so much so I took the Amtrak up from the South Bay to Sacramento purchase my car. I had been communicating with Jonathan, and he answered all the questions I had, and held onto the car when I let him know I would be coming up to purchase it. The dealership was a ~15 minute rideshare ride from the Amtrak station and was very clean and well maintained. All the staff at the dealership were very friendly, helpful, and professional, and at no point in time did I feel pressured or rushed. The entire process was very efficient, and I appreciated having a staff member help with setting up the Toyota app and pairing my phone with the car. The finance department was also very efficient, clearly explained everything I was signing, and all the paperwork went very smoothly.

I had a great experience working with internet sales consultant, Darian Lim. He was very responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. We negotiated everything via text so that when I went to the dealership the paperwork signing process for my lease was easy and quick. Love my new Camry!

This was the slowest car deal I’ve ever been apart of, over 7 hours with little to no communication while we waited. Also some issues with payment for our trade in that we were never told about (I had to call). Ultimately we did get a fair deal for our trade and new car.
